Status

The Building Permit has been issued.

The land was acquired and paid for 3 years ago, all legal documentation has been finalised and completed. The building which was on the land ( a former hotel ) has been taken down and demolished.

Site mobilisation is currently being organised. A local guesthouse for personnel has been rented. Works on site will start during the month of November 2011.
