Spaans Babcock Holding B.V.

Spaans Babcock Ghana Ltd. is a 100% subsidiary company of Spaans Babcock Holding BV with many years of experience in designing and building water treatment equipment and the installation of turnkey water projects.

The last years Spaans Babcock has executed 2 large projects of a total value of € 33 million in the Central Region for the construction of potable water plants with large transmission and distribution lines. One project was at Winneba with an investment volume of € 8 million, the other was at Baifikrom with an investment volume of € 25 million.

A considerable amount of civil construction expertise and experience has been built up through the execution of these projects. The recent renovation of an office building in Accra is a good example of this expertise.

Spaans Babcock Holding B.V., the holding investment company, is active in the development of various types of real estate, having both residential and commercial properties in the Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Romania, Canada and Ghana.

Since 4 years Spaans Babcock Holding B.V. has started to intensify her investments and activities by buying various prime located lands and properties in Ghana. The Head Office is located in Vinkeveen, The Netherlands, just outside Amsterdam and a 30 minutes drive from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
