Kitchen
- Open kitchen with furniture that can be adjusted to your own specific desire.
- The kitchen area will be delivered as a casco structure.
The kitchen layout as presented in the floor plans serves as an indication. - Buyers are offered a standard kitchen priced to a value of USD 5.000,-
This value is included in the sales price. - This standard kitchen is fitted out with the following appliances:
an American style fridge, an oven, a cooking plate for gas cooking, a microwave and a dishwasher. - Buyers are given the option to either choose and install a kitchen themselves, or change the kitchen to their wishes. Conditions apply, see below under change option.
Bathroom
- Luxury bathrooms with large showers.
- Bathrooms are fitted out with bathroom furniture such as a bath, a shower area with door, a toilet and a sink. Variations in fit out apply depending on the bathroom location.
- Bathrooms and toilets are tiled from floor to ceiling.
Bedrooms
- All bedrooms have spaces allocated for the realization of clothing cabinets.
Window frames and doors
- Durable aluminum window frames and sliding doors made of aluminum.
- Wide (wooden?) doors give perfect access to all the rooms.
General design, lay out and finishing
- Easy access from the car park to the apartments.
- Design stainless steel balustrades surround the balconies on every level .
- Walls and floors are plastered to create a smooth and straight atmosphere.
- Utility rooms in every apartment and penthouse for placing the washing machine and dryer.
- Storage rooms in every apartment, in almost al layouts directly beside the kitchen.
Floor covering
- Wooden floors will cover the living area.
- Tiles will cover the corridors and bedrooms.
- Tiles will cover the kitchen floor.
- The bathrooms will have non-slip tiles.
Installations - air conditioning and electrical installation
- The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning through split units, individually adjustable.
- Electrical installation according to European standards, with a sufficient number of sockets
Change option
In this project the buyer has the option to request for changes in the presented layout, the kitchen furniture or the technical installations. Changes are requested alterations from the basis description of the individual apartments or penthouses as is presented on this website. Such changes have financial consequences and can be discussed with the developer.
