The four apartments of building Kukua are situated on the first, second, third and fourth floor. Each of these floors houses one very spacious apartment. All apartments are of equal size and have a total living area including terraces of 300 m2.

Apartments in Kukua are three bedroom apartments having all modern conveniences. Entrance to the apartments is from the elevator or from the staircase. The front door leads into the hall where you will find a guest toilet and a utility / storage area for your washer / dryer / deep freezer.

From the hall you can enter the master bedroom. The built-in cupboard adds to the feeling of living in luxury. Connected is the bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. A standard tiled floor is included, but an option is given for other types or colors (at another price). There is a second and a third bedroom for guests featuring a bathroom with shower and/or a bath, a toilet and a sink. The third bedroom can also be used as a study.

The hall leads you into the spacious living room with open kitchen. This kitchen has a storeroom and has standard an American style fridge, gas cooking equipment, an oven / microwave and a dishwasher. There is sufficient space for a luxurious couch setting from where you can watch TV and enjoy the magnificent view.

When you really want to experience the ocean feeling, the walk-around terrace of 84 m2 (!) on the higher floors offers an attractive place to enjoy your stay at home.
