Victoria building has seven apartments with a view over the golf course towards the ocean. The Victoria apartments have the most open and direct ocean view of all apartments.

The seven apartments of building Victoria are situated on the first, second, third and fourth floor and have a total living area including terraces of 153 m2.

Apartments in Victoria are two-bedroom luxury apartments having all modern conveniences. Entrance to the apartment is from the elevator or from the staircase. The front door leads into the hall where you will find a guest toilet and a utility area for the washer and dryer.

From the hall you can enter the master bedroom. Connected to this bedroom is a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. A standard tiled floor is included, but an option is given for other types or colors (at another price). There is a second bedroom for guests featuring a shower and a sink. This room can also be used as a study.

The hall leads you into the spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen has standard an American style fridge, gas cooking equipment, an oven / microwave and a dishwasher. The living has sufficient space for a luxurious couch setting from where you can watch TV or enjoy the magnificent view.

When you really want to experience the ocean feeling, the walk-around terrace of 48 m2 offers an attractive place to enjoy your stay at home.
