Madeline Residence has eight apartments with both golf course view and sea view, which is quite spectacular. The eight apartments of Madeline Residence are situated on four floors, from the ground floor  up to and including the third floor. The ground floor apartments have 2 bed- and bathrooms and are within convenient distance to the pool area, as the garden with pool is on the same level as the ground floor. All apartments are approx. of equal size and have a total living area including terraces of 190/210 m2.

Apartments in Madeline Residence  on floor 1, 2, and 3 are 3 bed- and bathroom apartments having all modern conveniences. Entrance to the apartments is from the elevator or from the staircase. The front door leads into the hall where you will find a guest toilet and a storeroom / utility room for your washer and dryer.
From the hall you can enter the master bedroom. Built-in cupboards add to the feeling of living in luxury. Connected is the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A standard luxury tiled floor is included.

All apartments in Madeline on floors 1, 2 and 3 have a third room to be used as bedroom plus bathroom or could be used as study area or usage for in-house personnel!

The hall leads you into the spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen has standard an American style fridge, electrical cooking equipment, an oven / microwave and a dishwasher. The living has sufficient space for a luxurious couch setting from where you can watch TV or enjoy the magnificent view.
