Aurelia Residence: 2 Penthouses and 1 Rooftop Restaurant

We offer you two penthouses of each 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the fifth floor and the rooftop (or sixth) floor of Aurelia Residence will be a Restaurant with catering services for all occupants of the Beach Road Residences. The description and floorplan of the penthouses on the fifth floor equals that of the apartments in Aurelia Residence. These two penthouses have a total living area including terrace of 216 m2 each. On top of these we will realize one large rooftop restaurant on the sixth floor, which will have catering services and superb views!

Penthouses in Aurelia are three-bedroom penthouses having all modern conveniences. Entrance to the penthouse is from the elevator or from the staircase. The front door leads into the hall where you will find a guest toilet and a storeroom / utility room for your washer / dryer / deep freeze.

From the hall you can enter the master bedroom. The built-in cupboard adds to the feeling of living in luxury. Connected is the bathroom with, shower, toilet and sink. A standard tiled floor is included, but an option is given for other types or colors (at another price). There is a second bedroom for guests featuring a shower, a toilet and a sink.

All apartments and penthouses in Aurelia on floors 1-5 have an extra room to be used as 3rd bedroom plus bathroom or could be used as study area or usage for inhouse personnel!

The hall leads you into the spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen has standard an American style fridge, gas cooking equipment, an oven / microwave and a dishwasher. The living has sufficient  space for a luxurious couch setting from where you can watch TV or enjoy the magnificent view.

When you really want to experience the ocean feeling, the terrace of 40 m2 offers an attractive place to enjoy your stay at home. With spectacular views, a big living room and modern kitchen and three large bedrooms, we feel you’ll be very happy staying in a penthouse in Aurelia Residence.
